Add 100 more NSCP at 28 11/16. NSCP strong today in weak market, announcement of agreement with AOL Digital Cities shows they mean business in becoming a useful portal site. NSCP at this rate will equal YHOO in terms of importance as a web 'hub'. I look for the market cap to equal or surpass YHOO's in the future. I'd add more NSCP but why not do it gradually.
