A rumor is out that Richard Beyer (President) and Larry L. Grant (Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary) were removed by Al Stein (CEO). The company will survive with those two guys gone and the stock is holding near 15. I wouldn't at all be surprised if it tests the 52 week low but see no reason to sell on this kind of news unless the stock starts to break down below support. The only negative implication that I can see from those two guys leaving is that they were rumored to be more supportive of a merger than Stein.
