JDN:This is fast moving technology with very short half lives. Unfortunately for us we are quit close to the physical barrier. The next stage will involve Xrays and safety issues etc. In brief the future technological growth of Lasers is quite finite. If the "For Sale" is delayed , the net assets which must include the cuurent patents etc will in short time loose their value.When that happens,COHR's valuation will deteriorate further. It is best that COHR get one of the larger Brokerage houses either to find a buyer or else make recommendation for the sale of parts of COHR which have little chance of regaining any sustained growth in the next 10 years.
