From a technique standpoint, I think the best odds are to short such a stock shortly after the open on the following day after the run-up.
(Assumes 20% or > runnup the day before. preferably 30 ;-) )

Be quick about though this stock was > 9 not to long ago and $15 before the TRO, Which has been lifted, could get back there shortly.
