Good managements establish reputation of increasing value for their shareholders. Osicom/insiders' reputation is to sell stock by creating hypes via press releases and BB messages. They have to overcome this reputation to have success in their IPO. I will measure Osicom's success from its successive revenues and earnings since hypes have proved to be costly to shareholders so far.
