Jim, I have to call bullsh$t on your whole argument against the $500M debt offering. Why wouldn't you borrow in today's interest rate environment? The company has needs for cash, even with their superior cash flow. What sort of idiot could argue that the debt offering is a sign of bad judgement? Geessshhh! LoD
