Seiman should be the prime buyer for coms but unfortunately it is facing some very tough problems with its own semiconductor division (Losing tons of money there). I am not exactely familiar with the cscc line of products. Can somebody enlighten me as to why LU being a phone equipment company should pay a dear price to buy another phone equipment company ?? What products of cscc are so important to lu that lu cannot possibly develop itself ?? Mang
