North American Health and Fitness Corp. Announces the Formation of Miracle Pictures To Be Co-Chaired by Menahem Golan and Yoram Globus SAN CARLOS, California, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- North American Health and Fitness Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: NAFT) announced today that it has formed Miracle Pictures to be co-chaired by the internationally known management team of Menahem Golan and Yoram Globus. This team is responsible for in excess of 100 films including the "Death Wish" series starring Charles Bronson, the "Missing in Action" series starring Chuck Norris, and "Over the Top" starring Sylvester Stallone, and will be bringing a library of 40 films to the company in addition to numerous projects in development. Peter Benz, Chairman of North American Health and Fitness said. "We are extremely excited to be the catalyst of the reuniting of these two legends in the entertainment industry". Menahem Golan, co-chairman of the new subsidiary Miracle Pictures said, "I am excited about teaming up with my old partner Yoram Globus with whom I've enjoyed great success in the past. I see a tremendous need for quality film products both domestically and internationally. Yoram Globus and I look forward to fulfilling some of these needs". Also joining Miracle Pictures will be Moshe Bibiyan as Chief Executive Officer and Simon Bibiyan as President and head of foreign sales from Peacock Films. These two individuals will be contributing a library of 52 films to the new company. Miracle Pictures is forming a music division called Miracle Music to be headed up by John G. Apostol. Mr. Apostol brings 25 years experience as a personal manager, concert promoter, theatrical producer, and publisher. Mr. Apostol will contribute certain music publishing assets and artists contracts to the new division. North American Health and Fitness Corp. currently operates six athletic clubs under the name Californian Athletic Clubs with over 30,000 members in the San Francisco Bay area. North American Health and Fitness currently owns a TV series called "The Sports Bar", Its aired on NBC and affiliates in 78% of all markets.
