North American Health and Fitness Corp. Announces The Completion of the acquisition of the Film "Grizzly Mountain" from MEGA Communications

SAN CARLOS, Calif., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- North American Health and Fitness Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: NAFT) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the film "Grizzly Mountain" starring Dan Haggerty (this film has no relation to the Grizzly Adams TV series of the 70's). The film just completed its theatrical run and will be released to video nationwide on January 13th under a distribution agreement with Live Entertainment Inc.

Dan Haggerty has entered into a 3 year exclusive contract to be the focal point of the Family Entertainment Division of North American Health and Fitness Corp.

Separately, North American Health and Fitness announced that it plans to begin filming in April a sequel to "Grizzly Mountain" starring Dan Haggerty.

George Furla, President of MEGA Communications will join the Entertainment Division (Miracle Group) as a special advisor to the Board of Directors, advising the Division in film selection and development. Mr. Furla will executive produce the sequel to "Grizzly Mountain" and has similar other projects in development for the Division
