A person who has extensive contacts in the Florida investment community should do some DD, don't you think. These facts that Janice has bought to light, certainly reflect on the company, it's supporters and defenders. The fact that these people, who you claim should not be bashed, because they have been around awhile, have not managed to come up with this information is very very clear.

It appears that Mr. Curshen is not a wise man. If Mr. Marshman is still touting some possibilities here then he is likely similar to Mr. Curshen.

Do you think Mr. Curshen should have been able to come with any of these facts about the dubious Mike Skillern, do you think that information might have some effect on shareholders decisions if they knew it.

If people get paid to promote a stock, then where they promote doesn't matter, they still have to disclose that fact. When promoters fail to admit they are promoting for a fee, they are breaking the law.
