Mel, yes I read an article on legal action because of clean rooms also. There is nothing like litigation to get companies to fix problems. CLEA is not the only company with a solution to this problem, but the reason I bought the stock was: the company has a proven product; they have the product in factories like MOT, ADM etc.; and now with the 3M connection they have a marketing organization as well as an association with a company that other companies will feel comfortable purchasing equipment from. i.e. 3M will be around for a long time and will support the product. Not to much worry about bankruptcy etc. This is a billion dollar market and CLEA doesn't need a large piece of the market to make me a happy shareholder. Also they do have a backlog at this time, close to making the company profitable this year. Joan
