Today's (3 Aug 98) report from GS carries the MO (Market Outperformer) designation; their Aug 97 report also carried the MO designation. Unless I'm missing something in the interim, there has been no change in the analyst's opinion and today's report is simply an update. One can assume that it is a re-confirmation of their rating unless someone can offer a different interpretation.
