Usually the spread is related to the risk that the merger wont
happen. Maybe, in this case, its due to the fact it will happen since
most of us would have preferred that ISLI go it alone. Anyway, just
an attempt at some humor. I really think that we are in a wait and
see atmoshpere and when MIFGY has their annual meeting and ISLI
announces earnings there will be lots of opportunity for good press
and new announcements. So I will go out on a limb with a prediction.
MIFGY trades down to 34 before the 20th with ISLI slipping to 16 but
holding. Then by the end of August MIFGY back in the low 40s with
ISLI closing the gap in the low 20s. If I rotate cash next week I may
buy more ISLI if my assumptions look to be possible.
