Ken, Series 6, sorry I do not sell Mutual Funds and I am not an insuerence salesman. And in closing I am not canadian. I know what happens with US stock when it goes north of the border. The problem there is Canadians want US deals but want to follow loose Canadian rules. These people were not financed they we boughtout. REG S DOESN'T APPLY here.
