I think you are misinterpreting the prospectus inasmuch as CVG did not have a great quarter by any measure.
However, the long-term outlook is great--top-flight CEO, world's number one player in telemarketing(the high-quality, customer-service stuff) and cellular billing(over 50% domestic market share) strong base of repetitive revenue, etc
IPO should quickly move to a sizable premium. Don't understand why those seeing the road show haven't bought up CSN as another(and perhaps better) way of getting at CVG
