North American Health & Fitness Shareholders Approve Name Change to 1st
Miracle Group, Inc.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif.--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--March 3, 1998-

Change Reflects Company's Core Entertainment Business;
Company to Also File to Become U.S. Reporting Company

North American Health & Fitness, Inc. (OTC BB:NAFT) today announced that at a special meeting of its shareholders held yesterday, shareholders approved the company's name change to 1st Miracle Group, Inc. The company also plans to file this month to become a full U.S. reporting company. It is
anticipated the company's reporting status will be approved in May 1998.

Commenting on the announcement, Peter Benz, Chairman of 1st Miracle Group, stated, "The change in the company's name was approved in order to better reflect recent developments at the company and our strategic business plan which focuses on the film and music industries. Together with Menahem Golan
and Yoram Globus, co-chairmen of 1st Miracle Pictures, we remain very excited about the future of the 1st Miracle Group as we build what we believe will be a major entertainment company."

1st Miracle Group is the parent company of First Miracle Pictures Inc. which was co-founded in December 1997 by Menahem Golan and Yorum Globus to produce and distribute feature length films.
