According to the SEC, P&D means a company pays brokers, market markers, and stock promoters for pumping its stock, then insiders are selling. When I hear any company may be associated with P&D, I sell!!! Next time, be careful about what you say. Definitely, you hurt many shareholders of GBIT. I understand you meant this newsletter is classic buy low and sell high, not P&D. James
