Hi David--I've been following this company for about a year. They have good growth strategy for western No America and Pacific Rim; Japanese backers. Strong position in Hawaii as sort of midpoint. Internet is part of their business plan. It appears to have a good management with varied backgrounds. Don't know about dereg in Mexico. Call 1-800-667-4366 for investors kit.
BTW--(I accidentally clicked on your name instead of respond)--my favorite phrase is also Inshallah--a good one for investing:-)
