To Market timers: We should see a strong buying trend begin when the DOW hits the 8600 area this could happen tomorrow or the next day. This would be a gift horse buying opportunity for the big boys as well as others. We lost almost 100 today. Another day like today will take us into a mutual fund type buying opportunity. DELL is holding up well during this correction. The correction should be over with this week at the current rate of progress. The big investors in DELL were missing from the close this afternoon. We had a few second tier MM active though.
