It looks like all OS vendors are climbing aboard the I2O bandwagon, or so says InfoWorld:

Microsoft, Novell, and SCO have delivered their promised operating system service modules for the I2O architecture. Hewlett-Packard, IBM, and Sun Microsystems have also announced that their OSes will support the architecture.
