Seems like because the markets average PE ratio is 28 and wants to go down the stocks with PE ratios of 50 and higher continue to go higher and the small and mid caps with low PE ratios of 10-15 and annual growth rates of 50 or higher go down.

If liquidity is such a problem for fund managers maybe I should just sale everything with value and buy MSFT, DELL, LU, INTC, CSCO, YHOO, AOL when and if the market hits 8500. Then sale it at 9200 and buy it at 8500 and sale it at 9200.
