ATELifer,

1) Gaining market share requires either LTX to take business from competitors or for LTX's customers to out grow their competitors (or both). If system-on-a-chip is truly the future, LTX will grow by both means.

2) Improving margins requires LTX to reduce costs. A single platform will make significant improvements in manufacturing costs. Also, once the Fusion is in production, R&D costs will be reduced.
