Another rumor- Is Lucent's CEO joining Powerwave's board (PWAV)? Someone posted that Lucent's CEO is going to be announced soon as joining PWAV's board. Look at the PWAV message board here in SI. I am currently trying to gather all the info I can on the relationship between these two companies. Lucent just finished an audit of PWAV and all is quiet as of now. Most think that LU will buy PWAV's amps, a select few think LU might even buy out PWAV. My opinion is that LU just will buy amps, but I'm trying to verify this and get an approximate $$ value to the supposed contract, along with clarification on the LU CEO board appointment. Anyone know details here?
