any idea how, header of the thread says the following
Shares Outstanding: 19.7 million
Float: 4.3 million
Market Cap: $14.78 million (stock at $0.75)

i called tcbg's transfer agent atlas in salt lake city, 801 266-7151
they say tcbg has total shares issues 24,400,68 shares, free trading float is 10,610,498 not 4.3 million, restricted is 13,789,570

10 mil float lot bigger than 4.3 mil, maybe it isn't the shorts?
