Ron, ATHM is the cable internet provider for Cox cable subscribers. It is the ISP, but at speed 80-100 times faster than standard 33k-56K. COX upgrades the cable to HFC(two-way data flow) and does the hardware setup on your PC(install ethernet card and cable modem). @Home provides access,customer support,etc. The two companies split the monthly service fees. Both companies win. Additionally, Cox is a major shareholder of @Home.
