Dear Mr. Goodin:

Thank you for your post in reference to our message to Mr. Ooley.

For your information, the information we thought Mr. Ooley may be
interested in was the SEC v. Klenovic et al., complaint.
Unfortunately, the document is over 35 pages in length. Mr. Ooley
has exhibited capabilities utilizing advanced programing in his posts.
Therefore, we thought Mr. Ooley may be able to post the entire
complaint to this thread.

We appreciate your concerns and apologize for not posting our reasons.

Note:
We attempted to contact Mr. Ooley, however his e-mail address would
not accept our message. Mr. Ooley did respond, however he did not
indicate his area code. Thus, we have not been able to contact him.

Please e-mail me with any comments or if we can provide you additional
information.
