Subject: Simply Stated.
Bob, I am well aware of all the notes on the Internet, and what people are
saying about
you and your staff members, and the company itself, and so on.
First, the Internet is a very powerful media - I would not underestimate it.
Second, to relieve yourself of this dilemma and resolve the matter once and
for
all - the following needs to be publically presented to all shareholders
and to the
public at large.
ú It has been noted this AM that there are 43,471,173 shares outstanding.
Previous conversations with individuals revealed around 26,000, 000 or so.
This needs to be explained.
ú If members of your staff are questionable employees, they should be
dismissed immediately. It is done in the political world each day. If
they are not questionable employees - it needs to be proven in this instance.
ú Identify the Universities testing the products by NAME.
ú Identify the Veterinary Clinics or testing facilities by NAME.
ú Identify all in-house and independent labs that are testing MicroSafe.
VERY IMPORTANT!
ú Produce financial reports as soon as possible.
ú Provide customer names for the AQUA BIO products.
ú Identify the Dental Labs testing the products.
ú If possible, identify the Fortune 100 companies who have shown an
interest in the products - VERY IMPORTANT.
The credibility of the You, Your Staff, and Company are at stake, and it
these items are not expeditiously addressed by the end of the week, I would
not be surprised to see some national publicity for NVID International -
and may I suggest you change the name and ticker of the company from NVID
to a more appropriate one once these issues are resolved.
I highly suggest you act quickly and wisely on the issues confronting the
company. At the moment,
until proven otherwise, I am a still a believer in the company and will
stand behind you - but you
are going to have to make it happen. The "ball" is in your court and
scores of people are watching. I sincerely hope you can clear this matter
up without any undue hesitation on your part.
