You state Auric acts as a courtroom prosecutor , this is fine,
except for the most important factor under what law ?.

My limited knowledge regarding the law , is that
what ever is stated by any party either defendant or
plaintiff, it is incumbent upon them to prove it.

If for example we are on record that Auric has lied , we
have to prove that he has . In the case of Auric it is easy
to prove he lied , just read his posts. Accordingly having
Auric as a prosecutor , is like leaving the fox in the
chicken coop.

Now possibly you may be referring to Mongolian law or Lybian
law or perhaps the law you invented , for sure it is not
American or English law. What is the title of your law ?, let
me guess, Moore's law ?.

P.S. Obviously you jest , you must mean Auric has to be
prosecuted under the law.
