tombet, The key difference between those you mentioned is that Sierra Nevada is a true regional - they brew all their own beer in that great West Coast hoppy style of theirs. Sam Adams has most of their beer contracted out. Pete's doesn't own a single brewery and was just bought by an affiliate of the company that imports Corona. That's not to say that these two marketing operations don't know beer. I'm quite fond of some of their products. They are more tailored to a broader audience but have some real gems in their product lines. IMO, If it's the real thing you are looking for, Sierra Nevada is by far the best one you mentioned. RS
