James, I think you missed an important aspect of SOI -
high performance at low power consumption. SOI can reduce
the power requirements at any given clock rate by nearly
2/3's. That's significant, and will usher in a whole new
generation of mobile devices that have a lot more processing
power. This, in turn, plays into Wind's strength of speeding
time-to-market for sophisticated 32-bit designs.
