Cordaro, Oh boy, fresh meat! Seriously Peter, I'd advise you to go back further than just a few notes. Your note indicates that you are at square #1 with respect to knowledge about the issues here. If you honestly think that we are putting serious money into Zitel because of its core business, you have alot to learn about us (and hopefully yourself). Unfortunately, because you plan on converting all your own code, you won't have much time to post here To get you strated in the right direction, perhaps you need to consider valuation and revenue models borrowed from the oil and mining industries. An oil company balance sheet can look like the bottom of your bird's cage, but if that company is drilling into a PROVEN RESERVE, why be a stickler for detail. There are "numbers" people and there are "smart guessers". Every great investor there ever was was more of a smart guesser than a numbers person (with exception of Michael Steinhardt). DocStone
