Tom, How was your trip? I am due a break myself and have in mind fishing and diving out of Phuket (with occasional trips to the bar for a tequila)<G>. I think your intuition about the head division is correct and the "flap" out here is that org will undergo some big changes in the near future. But I get interesting indicators that there is a "mend" happening. I don't think a "mend" will alter the current plan to increase reliance on outside sources and I have a reason to believe that TDK is still the most favored candidate. Sales/marketing at Seagate has always been a conundrum to me. Is it hubris that has prevented Seagate from assembling a world class team? I wish they would go steal WDC's team en masse. best, Stitch
