There is something going on with JDA and I can't figure it out.
Everybody is talking about license growth, and unless I looked at the wrong line, U.S. license sales was up 90%. What I am worried about is JDA's ability to fill the sales position overseas, I am certain they can find people, but really good people are hard to get, specially when its an overseas position. Are they going to use local people or expatriates? Will locals have the technical skills needed for the job? will expatriates adapt to local customs?
