I would have to say I am very surprised to see any action on this thread. I happened to check it out on a whim and what do you know. Have you heard anything else in regards to the possible buyout? I have been holding this stock for well over a year now (probably closer to 2) and figured I would wait and see what would happen rather than sell at a huge loss a few months ago (when it was around $.02).

I am a little bit skeptical though, I have called the company many, many times over the past 6-months to a year and keep getting the same story. That the financing is right around the corner as soon as the prospective financier completes the necessary due diligence. I understand that the gold market is not stellar right now, but it was statements from the company such as those which led me to average up and then subsequently average down on my position. How do you know that this rumor is on the up and up this time? I want to see this stock go to $1 too, heck even $.50 would be great, but how do you know this isn't the same old run around?

I haven't called the company in well over a month (however, I probably will tomorrow), but I would appreciate any input you may have.

Thanks,

mhuckaby
