Dennis RE: Nov 105's... There may by many option traders on this thread with more experience than I. However, if I were planning the earnings play as you have described, I would not bother buying out to Nov. Why, other than maximum security. Nov options would provide you a great option to hold thru earnings, the split and beyond. If that were the case, I would buy out of the money, allowing for more contracts, and simply use the run up(S) as well as your lengthy time horizion as an advantage. If you want to play another way, buy Sept 105's or 110's for?? and let 'er rip!! $$ in the bank.
