Greg, Tim is pointing out that this claim stuff is "time sensitive", and we all agree on that. And we all agree that if IPM looses the right to mine Black Rock, then the shareholders got nothing and will not get another penny to explore another dirt area. You say that Tim can get the paperwork done "on the spot" if he deals with a small office, but if he went to a big place like Phoenix, then it will take much longer for the flow of events to happen. I am now either missing all of whats being contested here as "the real deal" and thusly I will be a dummy next because I don't see where Tim is "off base" or trying to not be helpful here. I even see posts today from Bill Jackson that look like the good helpful type of stuff we need. Maby this is a dream I'am having where things get distorted. But unless I wake up before I this post is done, the I want to say the following. If something is time sensitive, it does not matter how busy or slow the receiver of this notification is, the receiver will put a time stamp on the document, or what ever, and what happens next is no concern to the "giver", just so long that a "receipt with time stamp" is collected by the giver from the receiver.
