Steve, that $1.25 billion was the bill I ran across a few days ago. Unfortunately, the link in an earlier post has become obsolete. The funding is over 5 years, and covers a great deal including, specifically, live scan equipment. This is the mother ship of funding, guys, when it gets enacted.

On an unrelated point, going back a ways when IDX got an unfavorable review in the trade press . . . We believed that the Touchlock II wasn't foolable by a fake finger so long as a proper "switch" was thrown. Actually, I understand now that the IDX system is more sophisticated than that -- a software window during setup allows a system administrator to determine sensitivity on a sliding scale from 0 (let everyone in) to 100 (require perfection). It looks like our reviewer did not notice that part of the manual, but I'm sure in any cooperative venture IDX would be giving some technical support on that subject.
