Hi Steve, Sounds like baytree is involved and in deeper shit than I thought. They are short big time and can not find the stock to cover.If STNX begins delivery and the stock starts to rise baytree is going to have borrow stock or cash.No one is going to lend them a thing against a convertable preferred that cannot for the time being,be converted. Paul P.S. Hope STNX has all their bases covered as this could get very dirty.
