Considering the carnage in smallcaps, Edusoft seems to be holding up well. Hardly a week goes by without mention somewhere of the failures from the bilingual attempt in the USA. A big push will be needed to jumpstart the shift to an EFL educational system. The issue for statehood for Puerto Rico is resurfacing. Congress is hinting at requiring acceptance of English as the primary language before granting state status. Edusoft has a strong Latin American presence including there. Got to be good longterm. I've always had a preference for small caps, doesn't appear many share this. It's painful right now and will probably continue but I feel it's actually good news longterm.
