I think a 1/8 gain on such a bearish day is great for Oracle. IMO, Oracle is the 2nd largest software company in the world and is considered by many as a blue chip stock. Usually in bear markets, the blue chips are hit hard because big investors are scared and they start pulling their money out of them. I think it is very nice that Oracle held up in a such a market and I look for it to return / hit 28. Thoughts?
