Rotation, don't you think? And some in the sector KlAC, ESIO, and a few others came out and said they have seen the bottom. Whether they have or not really isn't the question, it was said, and apparently accepted by many. Since many of these stocks are already 75% off their highs, one could assume there isn't a lot of downside left. Whether that is correct or not remains to be seen. But the PE's in this sector are nowhere near irrational or exuberant- could say the same thing about the oil sector.
