David, Thanks- just got back from 8 days out of town. Do you have the Federal Government's SEC's Enforcement Division Number? I intend to call the bankruptcy rep Sitrick & Co (sp?) tomorrow and kindly ask for a copy of the corporate by laws so that I may seek to call a shareholders' meeting. If they , like FPAM's HQ in San Diego last week fail to produce a copy of those by laws to me as a shareholder, then the next call goes to the SEC.... Sincerely, Doug F.
