Charles, Per your post: "And I wish to set the record straight once and for all! It is NOT the CC shareholders who are selling shares that everybody gets excited about whenever the price falls or there is volume trading."

If you have evidence to support this position or know of evidence that points to some other group being our large seller, then I would like to hear it. I am not in the business of pointing fingers or assigning blame, this is business and I would just like to have the correct information regarding the large amount of selling that has kept our share price unreasonably low since last fall. There is quite a bit of data from the filings that would support a large number of CC shares being sold since last fall. If the selling was all done legally, then fine, we as shareholders must live with that fact since everyone has certain rights to sell. Certain positions such as Whyteburg Limited however (and if my information is correct, these shares went to a group that originally loaned money to CC, are you not including these shares in what you are calling the CC shareholders?) have share positions that appear to have dropped faster than the SEC regulations allow. If you can comment on this after August 8th, either on this thread or via email to me: soaring@digital.net I am willing to listen to what you have to say.

James
