Jon,

Try 88 cents per gallon in Atlanta GA. Atlanta has perfect location
on pipelines from Texas and Louisiana refineries plus lower state
gasoline excise tax. Back in the 1970's Atlanta never had gas lines during the oil embargoes. Houston price is 98 cents for regular.

On the other hand, Texas and Florida have no state personal income
taxes!
