Yes their promotion methods were more then a little transparent :)) It actually caused the stock to drop lower then it was before all the hoopla.

Actually their idea isn't a bad one. Internet yellow pages combined with a new Internet Search engine.

The new search engine utilizes a next-generation ''search spider'' technology enabling unprecedented search accuracy. The product is the result of a partnership with Fountainhead Management -- a leading internet development firm, serving clients such as Lycos, Citibank, Canon, and Simon & Schuster.

I have heard some say the new search engine offers promise. Unfortunately their methods of attempting to promote the idea have wound up biting them soundly in the butt, share price wise.

Will the original idea ever sail? That's a good question. It's too bad the waters were "muddied" along the way. We may never know.
