RE: the SEC will neither admit or deny that it is investigating any person or firm. This is done so as not to injure the reputation of those who may be unjustly accused of violations of law.

I have been e-mailed, how I, with 8 yrs experience in investing, could be so stupid as to like LTGL - and that Spencer is liar and a crook.

First of all, I'm not at all happy with the delays we see in bringing up public books. With 23 years experience in how to run a business including the books though, I do realize that things take time - especially if the experience and know-how is not within the company and the company therefore have to rely on outside assistance.

Second - My posts here are meant to inform - There is a saying that goes: "The less you know, the easier to be sure" - I have no doubt that the people here, that posts things like the above mentioned, are sure that they are right. I do hope that the information I bring can contribute to them not being called the same at the end of the day.
