Dear Darrell: Yes, CMND is being held "Harmless" from that attorneys error, but I believe at the moment we shareholders are being "harmed" by this Protracted, restrictive, bullshit quiet period. If the company would only tell us about their estimates of future success on the contracts in progress at 3/31 which may have been signed in qtr ended 6/30 possibly this stock could be at least double its current price. JDN
