I saw something on Bloomberg about Butler leaving Iraq because the talks had broken down, and that there was no chance of sanctions being lifted just yet. (i didn't really look past the headline, but it was something to that effect.) Shouldn't that lend some strngth to oil today, in addition to the slightly recovered yen?
