Rumor has it that Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. is applying for NYSE listing. In fact, I understand it to be very close. This stock is a trader's dream. The charts are certainly predictable over the last 8 months. As with many of you, the recent trend (last 2 weeks), leaves you with a feeling of "what's up with this?", which I can relate to. I'm going to check around, but I believe the shorts are keeping this puppy down, and if the current rumor is true coupled with consistent earnings, we'll likely see $40/share in the rear-view mirror on the verge of a split.
