JAllen: I do not know why the switch of hats implies that JJ is out. Before he was President and his man Sid was there. Now he is chairman and his man Sid is there. It is a technical change in a company this size and with this decision structure. The whole thing seems a non change to me. They made no real change and are still in control. Brad Mertz
